F.A.Q. & VENUE RULES

Our dress code is enforced Thursday – Sunday and during special events. Casual but neat attire is encouraged.

Prohibited Attire

  • No overly saggy, baggy, ripped, or torn pants
  • No visible underwear
  • No plain white t-shirts
  • No athletic wear (sweats, joggers, mesh, etc.) or team jerseys
  • No bandanas, do-rags, or skull caps
  • No ribbed tank tops or sleeveless t-shirts
  • No group colors or "cuts"
  • No tan work boots
  • No excessive jewelry or political attire

Venue & Security Rules

  • No weapons, controlled substances, outside food & beverage
  • No backpacks or oversized bags
  • No marijuana or marijuana-related products in venue
  • No smoking or vaping while in line
  • All persons, bags, and items are subject to search
  • Must be at least 21 years old with valid ID
  • Re-entry stamps not valid after 3:00 AM

There is a cover charge during our nightlife operation hours on Friday, Saturday, select holidays, and special events. Cover charge typically starts at $10 for gentlemen and is free for ladies. Cover charge begins typically at 10:00 PM.

Nevada Locals are FREE with valid Las Vegas / Henderson ID!

Yes, Gold Spike is a 21+ only venue at all times. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests entering the venue.

Yes. You must present a physical, hard copy, government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, or Military ID). It must be valid and unexpired.

Note: Temporary IDs, paper IDs, or photos of IDs on mobile phones are strictly not accepted.

If you would like to dispute a ban, please send an email to connect@dtplv.com detailing your concerns. Management will review it and reply with a decision.
